IP addresses

The Company may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers or other third parties. This is statistical data about the website's users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

 - To fulfil its obligations under the pharmacovigilance regime and comply with all laws and regulations (and associated notices and guidelines) with which it is necessary or desirable for the Company to comply with respect to pharmacovigilance in the European Union, including the EU Directive 2001/83/EC and  Regulation (EC) No. 726/2004/EC,  Volume 9A of the Rules Governing Medicinal Products in the European Union – Guidelines on Pharmacovigilance for Medicinal Products for Human Use;

 - To provide you with information that you have requested from the Company in relation to the Company products or services, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.

Disclosure of your information

The Company may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
